Bob was a member of the Venturers Club of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church. He retired from Southern Pacific/Cotton Belt Railroad after many years of service.
Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Doris S. Frelich, granddaughter, Jenny and great grandson, Curtis. He is survived by his sons, Bob Jr. and wife Kathy, Marc and wife Fran, Mike and wife Jane; grandchildren: Robert, Krissy, Jonny, Megan and Cindy; great grandchildren: Ashlynn, Katy, Mikala, Jake, Ben and Andy.
Family and friends will gather at a memorial service to celebrate Bob’s life at eleven o’clock in the morning on Friday, April 15th in the chapel of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church, 11612 Memorial Drive in Houston, Texas, with Reverend Rick Myers, D. Min. officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Bob’s name, to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
