In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it's the memories of you that are the most precious.

Dear Quijano Family,
I was not fortunate enough to meet Mr.R. Quijano. I am a friend of Victor, and I have met Victor Jr.
I believe a man's legacy lives on through his family. 
To have left such a great legacy, then he must have been a gentleman, and truly great person to know..
Now Mr. Quijano is free from the troubles of this life.... Godspeed Mr. Quijano...
Victor and Family, when the storms seem the worst, our savior is with us, protecting us.

Joyfully and respectfully I post my comments to acknowledge my father-in-law, Rudy. The Lord blessed me by allowing me to have been a family member to Rudy for 35 years. During our time I witnessed how he made time to serve his family and friends out of sincerity; and expected nothing in return. He feared our loving Creator, our Heavenly Father. He lived an adventurous life, which is why I believe he joined the U.S. Army and not knowing a word of English and was sent off to Korea. He loved to travel and I am so thankful that his last adventurous trip we made together; Machu Picchu. I am extremely thankful to Rudy for Victor's life and imparting valuable teachings to Victor; to be a believer, to be strong, to be skillful, artistic, sentimental, resourceful, and reasonable, most importantly to be a devoted husband and father. I am blessed to have around me at all times, "Rudy", Victor his legacy. I will contiue to love and cherish Rudy through my husband, Victor. All my love to my family and looking forward to the days we think of Rudy and the absolute great times and memories we fondly have of our dad, grandpa, great grandpa and father-in-law, Rudy;our hero.
