R.C. Hubbard died on January 27, 2015 in Farmington, AR. Born in Hartshorne, OK on February 19, 1921, R.C. spent the majority of his life in Houston, TX with his beloved wife Joy, who preceded him in death. He served in the US Navy during WW2, as one of the first radio men trained in radar technology, worked for the US Postal Service for 30 years, and the Houston Postal Credit Union for 10.
R.C. is survived by his sister, Cam Cooper, daughters, Jenny Hubbard and Renee Yarbrough, his son-in-law Rocky Yarbrough and grandchildren Cliff and Jessica Yarbrough, along with numerous family, extended family and friends.
R.C. loved the Lord with all his heart. He was a good and gentle man of infinite wit and genuine charm. Like the Irish expression, Ba fear iontach é, “He was a wonderful fellow entirely”. R.C. will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
