

Sarah was born January 6, 1978 in Sparta, Wisconsin. Her family moved to Tomball, Texas when she was 3 years old, then shortly after moved to Spring, Texas. Sarah graduated from Spring High School in 1996. She met Robbie Emshoff in her junior year on April 18th 1995. After graduating she worked a couple years as cashier at Brookshire Bros and then as a pharmacy tech at Eckerds until December 2003. After giving birth to two girls, she found her true passion was family and she became the perfect example of a stay at home wife and mother. She gave birth to her first daughter Emily Robin Emshoff on May 9, 2000, and her second daughter Kaitlin Nicole Emshoff on Dec 4, 2003. Sarah married her high school sweetheart Robert Edward Emshoff on September 9th 2000. Wedding services were held in her parents backyard where all family and friends gathered to witness the marriage and celebrate.
Sarah is survived by her husband Robbie Emshoff; Daughters, Emily Emshoff and Kaitlin Emshoff; Grandson, Sawyer Villanueva; Parents, Bruce Gilbertson and Mary Gilbertson; Siblings, Dave Gilbertson and his wife Tammy Gilbertson, Cindy Cannon and her husband Monte Cannon, and her heavenly brother Nick Gilbertson; Nieces and nephews include, Fanci Duvall, Kyle Cannon, David Gilbertson, Austin Gilbertson, Ayme Vanderford, Colby Gilbertson and Lexi Gilbertson.
Sarah's passions were mainly taking care of her family, friends, and pets. She loved to find new recipes to cook everyday and take care of her home, husband and children. She loved to garden and discover new plants and flowers to add to her collection. She greatly enjoyed traveling and going on motorcycle rides with her husband and friends to see the sites. She was no stranger to having fun and living life to the fullest. She was always the life of the party wherever she went. Sarah was adventurous and outgoing. She even went skydiving for her 10th wedding anniversary in 2010. She loved to visit the beach and walk barefoot in the surf. She will be forever remembered by her husband, children, family and friends as the most caring, selfless, and loving soul to have ever walked this earth.
