On February 25,1993 Shakila Jaqua Nelson was born to Lee Davis, Jr. and Alma Nelson in Houston, Texas. Shakila attended school in HISD. Shakila attended New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. Shakila was preceded in death by his father, Lee Davis, Jr.; his grandparents, Susie Lorraine Nelson, Lee Vernon Nelson, Sr.; Clyde Orange Williams.Shakila leaves to cherish his many memories, His loving mother, Alma Nelson, seven sisters, Racheal DeRouen, Rabeshia Johnson, Jamasha Penright, Cheryl Jackson, Sonji Stafford, Dishell Wilson, and Tonika Cole; two brothers, Darrell Adams, Lee Scott; four nieces, JaLyn DeRouen, Nikatilyn DeRouen, Janiyah Bell, Jariyah Bell; four nephews, Ja'Corey DeRouen, Isaiah Johnson, Darrell Adams, Jr., Jerrell Bell; two special cousins, Jamarrah Okwu, Susie Powell; and a host of relatives and friends.
