Thelma Hope Fair, 85, of Missouri City, transitioned to be with the Lord on July 25, at St. Luke's Sugarland Hospital. Thelma was a retired educator, faithful and active member of The Fountain of Praise. She was a loving person who enjoyed sharing Christian literature and watching Jimmy Swaggert Ministries on television. She will be missed by her sister, Mildred Goodie, godson Michael Ferguson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted friends. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, August 1, at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery. Visitation 10:00-noon, funeral starts at noon.
