Thomas C. Kiger, Sr. went to be with Jesus on October 5, 2014 in Houston, Texas at the age of 93 years, 9 months and 5 days. He was born November 22, 1920 to James and Emma Floy Kiger in Houston, Texas. He proudly served in the US Navy and his career spanned many years as a Supervisor in Aviation Maintenance. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Irene Kiger and his son, John Richard Kiger. Thomas is survived by his sons, Thomas C. Kiger, Jr., James M. Kiger, Sr. & wife Cheryl; daughter, Shirley Kiger; grandsons, James Michael Kiger, Jr. & wife Rebecca and John Marshall Kiger & wife Alex.; great-grandson, Landon. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. Private interment will be at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
