Rest in Peace Victoria you are truly missed and will never be forgotten..

Such a great memory with you Victoria. So glad that Shelby and I got to meet you at The Killers concert with Sam. We had such a blast with you there! And you have been dear to our hearts ever since. We loved always catching up with you on the phone and we will miss not getting to share more memories together in the future. We’re all at a loss with you leaving us. But I know you left some of your joy with each of the people you got to touch with your contagious spirit.

Mrs.Vicky also treated me like I was an extra son. Even though I was African American and new to Houston the whole family treated me like family she never saw your race,  just your heart. There were times I had no where to go and she would always let me come raid the refrigerator even though Sam was on the road she was a second mom to me. She had one of the most beautiful spirits I have ever encountered. Mrs.Vicky I will keep the family in my prayers because you would want us to be strong for you. 🙏🏿

I was so shocked and saddened to hear about Victoria's passing. I met her when we both worked for Continental Airlines. We had many layovers/adventures  exploring Hawaii. 
One thing that stands out is how much she loved her children. There wasn’t  a day that went by without her talking about her kids. I feel like I know you all from her many stores. 
She has earned her wings ❤️

Mrs. McGuffie was one of the sweetest women I’ve ever known. Growing up, she always made me feel seen, loved, and looked after me when we would go to the high school football games. She is and always will be one of a kind. I will always remember her warmth, kindness and her smile. There is no doubt she left a lasting legacy in this world. Sending all my love and prayers to the McGuffie family. 🤍

My heart goes out to Victoria’s children and family. I am so sorry for your huge loss! Victoria and I met in Honolulu years ago when we both first started flying. We were about the same seniority and we flew many trips together. I always enjoyed flying with Victoria. She was fun, wacky, and very, very sweet to everybody! She will be missed. Somehow we lost touch, but I assumed she retired in 2020, as I did. Just know Victoria is now cradled in the Loving Arms of God. Rest in peace Victoria.

I was hired the same year,  1985, & we flew together a lot based in Honolulu with Continental Airlines. 
1 particular layover we were at a restaurant in Auckland and Lee Majors came over to our table and joined us. We laughed and had really fun times together.  I wish I had a photo of us!
She had a beautiful heart & smile! Everyone loved her ❤️

I met Victoria at Continental Airlines. She was  definitely a unique individual. “Free Spirited” and Super Funny. I’m sorry to hear of her passing , my condolences to the family. I’d also like to remind everyone who loved and cared for Victoria that LOVE IS IMMORTAL…

Since I was seven years old Ms McGuffie always treated me with love, kindness and respect. The countless memories bring a smile to my face and I will cherish them forever. I am very grateful and blessed to have known her. She was an incredibly proud mother and she loved her family and kids so much. She was such a wonderful person and  had the sweetest soul. I will always love her and remember her. She will be missed dearly by all.

Oh my wonderful crazy friend, Vicki. I can't believe you're gone! We kept saying we would get together, but we never did....Flying with you was always an adventure. We had fun in Melbourne walking all over eating and drinking. I know you regretted retirement. You used to tell me so. Your children were your loves. You will be missed terribly. There are so many wonderful memories I could write about Victoria however the one that sticks out the most would be watching the way she would look at her children. The love and admiration she had for them was incredible. I remember when I was younger I looked up to Victoria and thought I sure hope when I have kids I can be an amazing mother like her! I will miss her infectious laugh and beautiful smile. She was an absolute sweetheart!

I have so many wonderful memories of my aunt Vicky! She was so free spirited and full of life. I vividly remember her driving me around in her VW Bug with her foot out the window and me thinking man, I want to be like her one day. Vicky was authentically and unapologetically herself and brought many of us joy to be around her. She will be missed and never forgotten.

My heart goes out to your family for the loss of your sweet mom. She was such a special lady who was so proud of her kids! A mother’s love is eternal. Hold on to that infinite love and let it guide you. Prayers to your family!

My sincere condolences to you, Sam and her loved ones.  Such a beautiful woman who clearly loved life and her family.  The pictures you've shared of spending valuable time with your mom through the years reflects your honor as her son.  And the gratefulness in her smile spoke loud & proud, "he's my son!" I only meet Miss Victoria a handful of times. We met through her wonderful daughter, Hayley, and the three of us always had the best conversations whenever Hayley and I shared a shift. Victoria was so sweet to me each time I saw her. I cannot forget the kindness and sincerity of her spirit. I am praying for the McGuffie family today.

Momma McGuffie you were one of the coolest and funniest moms out there, and can't forget most caring. There are so many fun memories I have with you and Jacob.  Racing down the high way in your 2 seater convertible car with me and Jacob, Going to Joe's crab shack for Jacob's Birthday when we were younger telling the waitress it was Jacob's bday and them making us dance around the whole restraunt on a very busy night lol. Even though me and Jacob probably drove you crazy most days you were always there for Jacob and I, you will be missed. REST in HEAVEN Momma Mcguffie.

My journey with Mrs. Mcguffie began in Cypress, during a pivotal time in my life – entering 7th grade in a new school surrounded by unfamiliar faces. Amidst the uncertainty, I was fortunate to cross paths with Sam and, in turn, with Mrs. Mcguffie. From that moment on, she seamlessly became an integral part of my extended family.

Mrs. Mcguffie had an incredible ability to make everyone around her feel loved and valued. Whenever I was in her presence, she had a magical way of making me laugh and fostering genuine happiness. Her hugs were not just embraces; they were comforting and filled with the warmth of a mother's love.

Some of my fondest memories revolve around the times when Mrs. Mcguffie would pick up Sam and me in her Miata, embarking on adventures to Blockbuster and Pizza Hut. Those outings were more than just trips – they were moments of pure joy, laughter, and the simple pleasures of being young. Her enthusiasm and zest for life made those times unforgettable.

As an adult and now a father of four, I marvel at Mrs. Mcguffie's unwavering ability to be a shining light for her children and anyone fortunate enough to be in her presence. Her impact extends far beyond those cherished Miata rides; it resonates in the enduring values, love, and laughter she shared with everyone around her.

Mrs. Mcguffie leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and genuine kindness. May her spirit continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those she touched, and may the memories of her warmth and joy bring comfort during this difficult time.

We are so so sorry for your loss. Victoria was a force to be reckoned with. She lit up a room when she walked in and there was never a dull moment. Loving, caring and generous to a fault. She always found the silver lining in life.  She will forever be remembered with that beautiful smile and those great hugs. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

While I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Victoria in person, I did get to spend a few minutes talking on the phone with her and I’m so thankful I did. Though we never met, I feel like I knew her beautiful heart and spirit, listening to all of the wonderful stories told. She was an incredible woman and mother, and she will be missed beyond words.

It’s with a very heavy heart now  I type this message. Victoria was an amazing woman and one of the sweetest members of our family.  She had such a great personality and was so funny at times. I feel so sad for my nephews Sam and Jacob and my niece Haley right now because I know how deeply they are hurting inside. Victoria I love you and I will never forget you! Heaven took another Angel home.

To my momma up in Heaven, I am so thankful to have known you since I was just a teenager. We experienced so much life together, there will never be anyone to replace you. I loved seeing you come into my place of work in recent years. You have always been a beautiful soul and a beautiful person, we will never forget the things you did, the light you carried, and the love you have in your heart. I love you momma!

Ms Victoria was like a mother to me. She took care of me and my brother when we were younger in cypress, when my parents were out of town or we would just come stay over her house to play with Sam and Jacob. We would spend the night, she would always cook  us 3 meals a day. There were quality meals, she could cook really well. She had a beautiful heart of gold and not one bad bone in her body. I loved her like my own mother. So many wonderful memories. Any time she would enter a room, she would fill it with light and happiness. She truly will be missed. I love you forever. God bless.

Victoria had such a joyful soul and was a light to everyone around her. She is deeply loved and will be missed by many. My prayers go out to all of her loved ones.
