Victoria Loera Rojas

Victoria Loera Rojas was born on December 23, 1941 in Creedmoor, Texas to Mateo Loera and Juanita Solano. She passed away on August 19, 2025 at the age of 83. She was a native Texan who grew up in the Austin area and settled in Houston. Victoria enjoyed working in the garden and loved caring for others, especially children. She was preceded in death by her husband Johnnie Rojas Jr. and is survived by her sister Vera, her brother Martin; her sons John and Kenneth; her grandchildren: Christina, Garrett, Melanie, Gavin and James; great grandchildren: Sonia, Xavier, Isabella, Eva and great great grandson Adonis. She loved all of her family, friends, and neighbors dearly. The family would like to say a special thank you to her loving niece Cynthia who provided the best care for her in the final years and days of her life.

A visitation will be held at Heights Funeral Home, located at 1317 Heights Blvd, Houston, TX 77008, on August 27, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A Rosary Service will follow at the same location from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

The funeral service is scheduled for August 28, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Heights Funeral Home.

The committal service will take place at Hollywood Cemetery, located at 3506 N Main St, Houston, TX 77009, on August 28, 2025, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm.
