Preceded in death by his parents, William "Major" and Belva (Swan) Epley, Bill is survived by his loving wife, Kim, of 35 years; brother, Jim Epley and wife Donna; brother-in-law, Frank Gabel and wife Kathy; nieces, Isabelle Epley, Elyse and Natalie Gabel; mother-in-law, Jackie Gabel; aunts,Yvette Swan and Mildred Ruff; numerous cousins and dear friends.
Bill was best known for his love of music, especially Johnny Winter, his passion for backyard barbeque's, and standing around the fire pit. He had a wonderful sense of humor and could easily make you laugh. Bill was a loving and caring husband, brother, son-in-law and friend who will be greatly missed.
A celebration of Bill’s life will be conducted by Reverend Dr. A. Allison Cambre on Monday, March 5th at 4:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Terrace United Methodist Church,1203 Wirt Road Houston, Texas 77055.
In lieu of flowers and usual remembrances, contributions to help defray medical expenses would be appreciated.
