William Carl Hinton Jr. age 54 passed away on May 22, 2020. He was born on August 28th, 1965 in Houston, TX. He was the Director of UT Health Science Center at Houston Housing for 30 years. William was a strong-willed man with a heart of gold. He stuck to his guns and was willing to help anyone in need. Anyone who knew Billy, knew they had a friend for life.
William was preceded in death by his parents Georgeann Webb and William Carl Hinton Sr. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law Ronda and Aaron Lowe; his niece and nephew Ginna and Thomas Kelm; aunts and uncles Marcy and Tim Hayden, Carolyn Duran, and David Munger; and numerous cousins, godchildren and friends.
