Anna Laura Hamilton

Anna Laura Hamilton, age 90 of Huntsville, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2019. Anna Laura was born March 19, 1927. Anna Laura was preceded in death by her parents, Ezra Allen Hudson and Callie Lindsey Hudson. Anna Laura was a faithful, caring mother and grandmother. She loved to cook, garden, read and travel. She was a woman of faith and loved nature and animals. She had a passion for life and lived it to the fullest. She continued in a family tradition of hospitality and always welcomed visitors to her home. Anna Laura was dedicated to supporting The Nation of Israel and served in the Israeli Volunteer Army. She also served as the first Christian President and Life Time Member of the Hadassah Women’s Service Organization. Long time member of Faith Chapel of Huntsville, Alabama and recent member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Survivors are her children Stan Hamilton of Pace, FL/Huntsville, AL; Cheryl Littlefield of Dade City, FL/ Cashiers, NC; Karen Hamilton of Richmond, VA and Deborah Bielert of Salt Springs, Canada. Two brothers, Allen Hudson of Dallas, TX and Gerald Hudson of Mobile, AL and sister, Patricia Walsh of Pace, FL and nine grandchildren. A graveside service will be on Friday, June14, 2019 at 11:00am with Pastor Alexander Lampkin officiating in the Garden of Valor 698 Winchester Rd. Huntsville, AL 35811. My memories of Anne Hamilton are wonderful, she was a gracious lady. She welcomed us with open arms, her and Jim...we shared a common ground with our grandchildren..together, always together, so thankful for that. We send our condolences to all the family, love Harold and Donna.
