Mr. David Henson

his life to Jesus. Since then he has played guitar & sang with his family in service to God whom he loved so dearly.

His last words were "I'll see you in heaven". He passed away Thursday, January 14, 2016 at the age of 85.

Mr. Henson's family business was Henson Realty & Construction Company. He was a member of the Huntsville Madison

County Builders Association before retiring in 2001. He built many houses & developed subdivisions in the Huntsville

area for over 40 years. He was loved by everyone he met and influenced a lot of people. David was born in Meridian, Mississippi

to the late Burl Vaden Henson and Idell Thompson Henson. He is survived by his wife Nancy Usher Henson; sister Lucille Molpus;

daughter Cindy Henson Allen and her husband David; son Mike Henson; son Shaun Henson and his wife Mindy;

grandson Mikey Henson; granddaughters Brittney Henson and Kaylee McAllister; great-granddaughter Jaclyn Gentle,

and many beloved nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. The visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Monday,

January 18, 2016 at Valhalla Funeral Home, with the chapel services commencing at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Frankie Osmer officiating.

Entombment will follow in Valhalla Memory Gardens.
