Gail Rose Lenox

Gail was born on September 21, 1970 at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. She grew up with a deep love for animals and devoted much of her early life to the art of dance.

Gail was known for her kindness and generosity, which touched all who knew her. She never missed a birthday, anniversary, or any other special occasion. To her friends, she was a trusted confidante and joy to be around.

She is survived by her husband, Billy D. Lenox; her siblings, Lynne Sarah Anne Brocato Daly [Dan] and John Ward Brocato [Kay], who will carry her memory forward with love and gratitude. She was preceded in death by her parents, Col. Cyrus Vincent Brocato and Doris Marie Bailey Brocato.

A service to honor Gail’s life will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 2:00pm at Valhalla Funeral Home, 698 Winchester Road NE, Huntsville, AL. You may visit with the family prior to the service from 12:00pm until 2:00pm. Entombment will follow at Faith Memorial Park, 8100 Madison Blvd, Madison, AL. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance and celebration of the remarkable woman she was.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Gail’s memory.

Gail’s warmth, laughter, and enduring love will remain in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know her.
