Heidi Helene Holmes, age 89, passed away peacefully on January 30, 2026. She was born on February 24, 1936, and spent many meaningful years as a resident of Huntsville, Alabama, where she became a familiar and friendly presence to many.

Heidi was known as a true social butterfly. She had a natural gift for conversation and connection, and she used that gift generously throughout her life. Heidi found great purpose in giving back to her community and devoted countless hours volunteering at local nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and Redstone Village.
