Pamela Diane Poe

She is preceded in death by her father Donald Ray Adcox Sr, her brother, Donald Ray Adcox Jr, grandmother, Edith Mills, her son, Samuel Poe, her father-in-law Jerry Poe and her mother-in-law Betty Poe.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Poe, sister-in-law Becky (Jim), stepdaughter Shannon (Stephen), two granddaughters Brielle and Amira, mother Carolyn Adcox, brother Jeff, sisters Donna (Jake), Debbie (Eric), cousin Lisa (Mike), numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.

Pam's life was a testimony of the greatest commandment, she loved the Lord with all of her heart and soul. She regularly studied the Bible to further her walk with Christ. She also loved shopping and dinner dates with her husband Jerry, lunch dates with her friends, and cuddling on the couch with her dog, Brody.

She will be greatly missed, but through the hope we have in Christ, we will be reunited in Heaven.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Valhalla Funeral Home, 698 Winchester Road NE, Huntsville, AL 35811. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at 2:00 pm in Valhalla's Celebration Chapel. Burial will be in San Antonio, Texas at Sunset Memorial Park.
