Wilma J. Thompson, 79, of New Market, passed away peacefully Thursday in Freemont NE. Mrs. Thompson is preceded in death by her husband, Donald W. Thompson; her parents, Lewis and Wilma Jones; her daughter, Candy Thompson; and her brothers, William Jones and Thomas Jones. Wilma worked tirelessly and retired from SCI Systems.
She is survived by her daughters, Sharon Bundy of Meridianville; Donna Ripp of Harvey, LA; Myrna Thompson of New Market; Tamara Davis of Jasper; and her son, David Thompson of Freemont, NE.
Wilma is survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 1 great
great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 10, from 12:00 – 2:00 at Valhalla Funeral Home.
