She was born in Lafayette, Indiana on August 10, 1934 to Philippe and Mildred (Longyear) Tetrault. She graduated from West Lafayette High School in 1952. Though her father was a professor at Purdue, she headed to Bloomington and graduated with honors from Indiana University in 1956. It was there she met Max Hill, her husband for the next 64 years.
She loved science and worked in the laboratories of Eli Lilly and Union Carbide later joining H&R Block as a tax preparer for twenty five years.
Jeanne was a creative and gifted woman who lived life as a loving and loyal wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
She is survived by husband, Max, daughter Anne Hill (John Whiten) and son Jim (Leslie) and grandchildren, Max, Ethan, and Audrey.
