Angus was a kind and caring person always ready with a joke or quick-witted comment. He loved to make people laugh, would lend a hand to anyone in need, and led a humble life with no complaints or regrets. He provided us with a wonderful example of how to support others without judgment, love unconditionally, and always leave people with a smile on their faces. Our lives will be a little less bright without him.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Central Inverness Palliative Care Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
A special thank you to the nurses at Inverness Consolidated Memorial Hospital for their compassionate care during Angus’ final days, Lori Ann and Lyndsay and the palliative care team, homecare staff, Drs LaFrance, Saliba, and Ritter, and the many friends and neighbors who provided acts of kindness over the past year.
Visitation will be held in Port Hood and Area Resting Place on Tuesday August 2, 2022 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral and burial to be announced at a later date.
