We regret to announce the passing of Douglas Angus MacIsaac, who passed away on August 25, 2025, in Inverness Consolidated Memorial Hospital surrounded by family.

Boen November 21, 1941, to the late Mary Ann and John Hugh MacIsaac.

Doug is survived by his sons, Doug (Lori) of Barry, Ontario, Brian, also of Ontario; brothers and sisters, Jack (Ann), Leo, Johnny, Jimmy (Patricia), all of Inverness, Margie (Bernie), Sydney, Joanne (Blaise), Debbie (Danford), Brookvillage, Christina (Neil), Ontario, Teresa (Randy), Fort Erie, Ontario, Danny (Donna), Ontario, Hughena (Charlie), Massachusetts; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Doug was predeceased by his wife, Jean Agnus MacIsaac; brother, Neil A.; sisters, Eleanor and Mary.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nursing staff of Inverness Consolidated Memorial Hospital for all their care for Doug.

Memorial donations may be made to the Inverness Consolidated Memorial Hospital.

A graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 in Stella Maris Parish Cemetery, Inverness at 11:00 am.
