Eileen, wife of the late Sterling Buchanan (Port Hood) and daughter of the late Albert and Olive (Tait) Wier (Lower Sackville).
Peter, son of the late Sterling and Eileen (Wier) Buchanan (Port Hood).
They are survived by son/brother, David Buchanan, Port Hood; daughter/sister, Heather (Harold) Stright, Murray Corner, N.B.; and their children and grandchildren.
Eileen and Peter leave behind a large loving family, caring fiends and a strong thoughtful community, may they Rest In Peace.
Visitation will be held in Port and Area Resting Place on Friday, March 22 from 2-4 p.m. and on Saturday March 23 in Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, P.E.I. from 2-4 p.m. Burial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Central Inverness Palliative Care Society.
