It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our son, Jason Scott, who passed away at home June 12, 2011. Born in Sydney on December 7, 1985, he was the son of Angus Campbell and the late Elizabeth (Dorton) Campbell. He was predeceased by his mother, (Elizabeth); grandparents Mary and Finlay Campbell, and William and Sadie Dorton and uncle, Herbie. He will be forever missed by numerous aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held in Inverness Funeral Home from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday, June 17. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, June 18 at 2 p.m. in Stella Maris Church, Inverness with Father Duncan MacIsaac officiating. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Inverness Palliative Care Society, Canadian Diabetes Society, Canadian National Institute for the Blind or to a charity of choice
