From the beginning of our friendship to this sad end, John A. welcomed me into his home for many laughs and always gave me good advice. Never did he complain about all the drives he gave me, and one time he knew I was not well and brought me to the hospital right away. 
His wife and children were his world as he boasted how much he loved them. No conversation with him ended before he spoke of them. 
My friend will go down in the history of characters from this town. A generous and kind man all around. Every once in a while when I have a laugh, I will think of him and how he meant so much to me. Rest in peace my friend.

This is was so shocking and sudden and my heart breaks for all the beautiful family he leaves behind. John A and Rhonda have always been so good to me. Just the other morning my puppy got out and John A was out and he started playing with her when most people would run the other direction from a 65lbs German Shepherd with more puppy energy than MOST puppies! He just smiled that big wide smile and while I was yelling at her telling to come back he just waved me off and kept on playing with her. I go up to apologize to him and he laughs and he looks at me and says I think you were the only one  concerned. He was the first person to just accept her for her crazy energetic puppy craziness and I think he was almost disappointed when I took her by the collar and took her inside. He was one of a kind neighbor and I am sending my deepest and most heartfelt condolences to his incredible family who have also have been so good to me in the past and great neighbours! I am just so very sorry for your great loss. My prayers are with you all.

John A is survived by his wife, Rhonda; children, Kyle, Dawn (Charles), Holly (Jason), John (Barb); grandchildren, Adam (Gail), Alixx, Jacob, Ella, Eli, Avery, Mallory, Nikolas; and great-grandson, Dallas. He is also survived by siblings, Mary, Jerome, Darlene (Johnny), Robert (Jesslyn), Richie (Karen),along with many nieces and nephews.
John A was predeceased by his parents, John A and Mabel Mullins; and siblings, Muriel (late Lawrence), Ann (John), and James.
