Jill was born on may 21, 1937 in Thame, England to the late Jack Price and Lily May Cherry Price.
Jill came to the United States in 1958 and became a United States citizen in 1965. On July 23, 1960, she married the love of her life Howard Smith in Wilson, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker and supported her husband throughout his military career. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved being an american but never gave up her love for England.
Jill is survived by her sons Kenneth and Richard, four grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and her sister, Joyce Franks.
She was preceded in death by her husband Howard, her parents, Jack and Lily Price, her brother Robert Jack Price and her sister Phyllis May Price.
A Graveside Service will be held at Highland Cemetery, Iowa Park, TX 76367, US, on May 6, 2026, at 10:00 am.
