COLUMBIA - Arline Catherine Dennis, 87, died Saturday, March 19, 2022. Born in Lansing, Michigan, she was the daughter of Walt Baker and Cecil Kelly Baker. Arline worked at Eckerds at Seven Oaks. Her hobbies included bird watching and cooking. She was an active member of First Church of the Nazarene. Arline loved her children and was the best mom, always loving and understanding.
Surviving are her husband, Ivan L. Dennis, Sr. of Columbia, SC; son, Ivan L. Dennis, Jr. (Doris) of Lexington, SC; daughters, Vivian Marion and Melissa Nuovo (Brad), both of Columbia, SC; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and brother, Walt Baker of Detroit, MI.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Denise Webber.
