A Memorial Service for Charles A. Penney, 89, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at St. Andrews Lutheran Church. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:00 p.m. at the church. Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel is assisting the family. Mr. Penney passed away Monday, July 18, 2016. Born in Mexico, NY, he was the only child of the late George M. and Shirley Stone Penney. He was a member of St. Andrews Lutheran Church. Mr. Penney retired Sr. Vice President and Trust Officer of First National Bank of Palm Beach. Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Ruth Chapman Penney; daughter Susan Penney Young (Larry); son John Charles Penney (Julie); grandchildren, Emma and Eric Young, Justin and Jonah Penney, Baron and Cory Hofstetter.
