CHAPIN - Frankie Kelly Flowers, 92, died Friday, November 5, 2021. Born in Olanta, SC, she was the daughter of the late Frank D. Kelly and Jessie Ham Kelly. She worked as the office manager and bookkeeper for Skipper Downs Sport Shop. Frankie loved arts and crafts. She was a longtime member of Lake Murray Presbyterian Church, where she was active in bible study and Women of the Church.
Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Charles Weathersby of Chapin, SC. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, William “Bill” Flowers.
Memorials may be made to Lake Murray Presbyterian Church, 2721 Dutch Fork Road, Chapin, SC 29036.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Lake Murray Presbyterian Church, with a private burial in Woodridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. prior to the service in the Fellowship Hall.
