Jean Doris Kimura

A visitation will be held for family and friends at 11:00 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel.

Jeannie graduated from Richland Northeast High School, after which she became a licensed Cosmetologist. She later was employed with WO Blackstone & Co, Inc. as a service coordinator.

Jeannie loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and fur baby. She enjoyed the sun, working in the yard, going to the beach, and fishing.

Jeannie is predeceased by her brother Richard Kimura.

She is survived by daughters, Jackie Scherman (Carl), Kelley Kneece; son Austin Capps; grandchildren, Caleb Scherman, Autumn Scherman, Liam Capps; sisters Barbara Jones (John), Sandra Russell; sister-in-law, Dawn Kimura; nieces and nephews, Shandon Gould, Spencer Russell, Cory Russell, Dominic Fusci, Corali Kimura, Amelia Kimura, Tori Lesesne, Blake Lesesne; and her fur baby, Samantha.
