Graveside service for John William Wickersham, 81, will be private. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel, Irmo.
Mr. Wickersham passed away Sunday, August 23, 2015. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was a son of the late John Horace Wickersham and Margaret Stuart Wickersham. He was a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. Mr. Wickersham served in the U.S. Army.
Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Dorothea Rine Wickersham; sons, Scott (Kim) Wickersham, Stuart Wickersham (Keli); grandchildren, Randi, Cory, Aaron, and Brook. He is also survived by brothers, John Moore Wickersham and Nicholas Hines.
