A native of Irmo,SC, Miles Alexander Privette was born June 12, 1993 to Robert Barney Privette, Jr. and Valerie Mcpherson Privette of Chapin, SC. Miles was a handsome, loving and gregarious man. He loved life and loved helping others. He recently began working as an electrician apprentice and was so proud of his work. Miles wanted to make sure everything he did was done perfectly for each client. He had such a wonderful sense of humor and loved laughing and joking around and his heart was pure and kind.
Miles loved the Jacksonville Jaguars and the USC Gamecocks. He planned to one day move to Jacksonville, FL to continue his career as an electrician and see the Jaguars play in their stadium.
His kindness and ability to love was his most precious attribute. He never cast judgement and always wanted to help others in need. Miles also loved children. He had an instant connection with all children including his nephew, Wills.
Miles always made sure everyone was included and having a good time. If Miles was going to eat, he wanted to make sure others had food as well. He was an avid gamer with his friends Holt Hawkins, and Blake Dunbar; they called themselves the Three Musketeers. He loved playing Magic the Gathering and has an extensive collection of Magic cards. Ramsey, his dog was his most prized possession and best friend. He named him Ramsey after his love of Gordon Ramsay, the Chef. It wasn’t only the cooking Miles admired but Gordon’s tenacity and ability to see the best in people.
