She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Joan Travan, and her beloved husband of more than 50 years, William DiMirra.
Ruth is survived by her two sons, William (Joanne) DiMirra and Jeffrey DiMirra; her niece Julie (Joe) Snyder; her nephews Louis Travan and John Travan; and her cherished grandchildren, Billy (Laura) DiMirra, Ana (Nate) Keller, and Luke (Samantha) DiMirra. She was also blessed with great- grandchildren Elisabeth, Whit, Hudson, Sadie, and another great-granddaughter soon to make her arrival.
Ruth lived a life full of love and service. She was an active participant in many communities, especially at Gateway Baptist Church, where she touched countless lives and formed lasting friendships. She will be deeply missed by her family and many others who knew and loved her.
A memorial Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church on Tuesday, September 23 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m.
