Shirley Lynn Brazell

IRMO - Shirley Lynn Brazell, 63, passed away on May 5, 2022 after a lengthy illness. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 14, 2022 at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. A native of Columbia, Shirley was born March 6, 1959 to Katie Marie and the late Joseph Brazell. Shirley loved birds, flowers and dogs. She worked various jobs over the years including the floral department at Kroger and as a front desk worker at Baptist Hospital. Survivors include her mother, Katie Marie Clifford and siblings, Joseph “Jody” Brazell, Jr. and Jillian “Jill” Van Horn (Brett). Memorial contributions in her honor may be made to St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 6952 St. Andrews Rd, Columbia, SC 29212. Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel, is assisting the family.
