To the Family and many friends I extend my sincere condolences.  Having worked with Agent Jakes for many years at SCDPPPS  I always found her to be loving and kind.  She had that smile that would warm any heart. I will be forever grateful for the compaction she gave to me in  my time of need. Rest In Heaven you will be missed but never forgotten. I will keep the family in my thoughts and prayers.

ISC Administrator Jakes (Retired) was very dedicated and excellent in her job. She was a most professional member of our Field Operations Division and the Department's content expert for Interstate Compact matters. 
Agent Jakes was also very kind to all and a real pleasure to work with in her various roles at PPP.
Rest in peace Agent Jakes, job well done. 
Her family will remain in my prayers.

We were very saddened to hear that Vickye had passed away. Our sincere condolences go out to Captain Jakes and her entire family. I worked with Vickye at PPP.  She was such a nice person and always willing to help me out if I had questions. Please know that you are all in our prayers and we wish you peace and strength during this very sad time.

Mrs. Jakes was the authority on Interstate Compact.  Her expertise and guidance were priceless for a new agent trying to learn the process.  After many years, I still to refer to the knowledge Mrs. Jakes provided when dealing with Interstate Compact matters.  She was truly the Queen.  She will be deeply missed, but she will never be forgotten.

My sincerest condolences to the Jake's family during this difficult time.  I had the pleasure of working with Vickye at PPP.  May her spirit and soul be at eternal peace.

Mrs. Vickye was the sweetest person/neighbor my family got to know over the last almost 15-20 years. Her presence will be greatly missed. She was someone I could always talk too and she always listened. Gave advice when needed. She always kept an eye out for my family and made sure we where okay anytime we had something stressful going on. She loved my boys and they loved her. They will miss yelling "Hey Mrs. Vickye" to her from across the road whenever she was out working on their beautiful front yard. Sending lots of love and our condolences to Mr. Bill and family.

Sending my sympathies to the family. I worked with Vickie and thought very highly of her. She was a sweet person. Family, please know that you are in my prayers. Vickie will be missed.

Ms. Jakes was always pleasant to work with.  She made great efforts and changed the way we handled cases from other states.  She was instrumental in creating the system we have now.  I remember her always with a smile and a kind word.  Prayers of peace to the family.
