Agnes Lyle "Aggie" Horn

Of Jackson, passed away on October 4, 2018 at the age of 89. Aggie was born on March 12, 1929 in Harrisburg, PA to James and Margaret (Bichsel) Stewart. She lived much of her life in Jackson, MI where she married Warren E. Horn. Aggie worked at the Jackson Dept. of Aging for many years. She was an avid golfer. She enjoyed arts and crafts, knitting and crocheting. She was a snowbird, spending her winters in FL. Aggie is survived by her children: Peggy Rose, Gary Horn, Cindy Vrancheff and Becky Ackling; brothers: Russell (Phyllis) Stewart and Pete (Sharon) Stewart; sisters: Ethel (Bill) Curtis and Norie (Wendell) Nealy; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 19 years, Warren; daughter, Debbie Terraza; son, Everett Horn; brothers, Herman “Buzz” Stewart and James Stewart. Aggie was a charter member of Immanuel Lutheran Church where services will be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 12:00 pm with Pastor David Eidson officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 11:00 am until time of service. Burial will take place at Roseland Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Aggie’s memory may be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church Food Pantry.
