Of Jackson, passed away on Sunday, February 18, 2018 at the age of 59. She is survived by her mother, Joyce Raser; brother, Roger Hoch and four children, Candy King, Holly Gorsuch, Jennifer Ohrey and Brandon Ohrey also five grandchildren, Jacob Schweikert, Delanie King, Dawson Gorsuch, Audrey Gorsuch, Hannah Gorsuch and grandchild number six, baby Lylah Ohrey soon to be expected. She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Hoch; sister, Dawn McLain and her beloved companion of 25 years, Emuel Ohrey. Brenda was born in Jackson on May 19, 1958 and is a 1975 graduate of Jackson High. She spent her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked for Odd Fellow & Rebekah Home and retired from Vista Grande Villa. She enjoyed an active life; played softball and enjoyed to bowl when she was younger. Brenda was a hard working family woman and loved her children. She was especially fond of spending time with them and telling them how much she loved them. Cremation has been selected and the family will receive friends for a Memorial Visitation at Chas. J. Burden & Son Funeral Home on Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
