Of Jackson, MI passed away on September 21, 2012. Beloved son of Henry and Marie Nurmi, grandmother; Edith Beaudoin, siblings; Bill Nurmi, Carol (Don) Atwood, Peggy (Jack) Hutchings all of Jackson, MI, nieces; Lisa (John) Combs, nephews; Bill Nurmi, Donnie, Dustin Atwood, Ryan (Amanda) Hutchings, great nephews; Grant, Even Combs, Wyatt Atwood and many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his dog, Tiny II. David graduated from Northwest High School, Jackson, MI in 1976. He loved racing motorcycles, hunting, fishing in the U.P. at Laclabelle and spending lots of time in the woods mostly with his brother Bill. David also enjoyed playing with his great nephews and influenced his love of motorcycles. If you were a friend of Dave’s you were a friend for life, and will be missed by all who knew him. Per his wishes cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
