Of Franklin Tenn., passed away on November 26, 2022 at the age of 76. David earned a Commercial Art Degree from Ferris State University and a Fine Arts Degree from Western Michigan University where he met Wendy, his wife of 50 years. He was a gifted athlete enjoying Michigan water sports, playing baseball, ice hockey and golf. He was an avid U of M, Lions, Tigers & Red Wings fan. David went on to open Waselle Graphics an award winning advertising graphics arts company in Chicago, Illinois employing 37 full time employees working on national accounts for advertising agencies. David's hobby of underwater photography took David and Wendy scuba diving around the world. He soon began selling photographs to stock photo houses and textbook publishers. His website is scubaphotoart.com. David is survived by his beloved wife Wendy Waselle and nieces and nephews from both sides of the family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church (913 Napoleon Rd. Michigan Center MI.,) with visitation from 10:00 AM until time of service. Father Satheesh Alponse SdC officiating. David will be laid to rest at St. John Catholic Cemetery.
