Of Jackson, passed away September 29, 2014, age 82. Survived by his children: Dannie (Suzi), Cathy, Richard, Jack, Tim, and Kevin; step daughter, Angela; 12 grandchildren, one step grandchild, 13 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson; two brothers, George and Robert; and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by the love of his life, Barbara Austin Harris; two sons, Donald Jr. and Michael; one grandson and one great grandson; his parents, George and Helen; four sisters: Patricia, Bev, Shirley, and Ruth; and two brothers, Jack and William. Donald retired from Kelsey Hayes (TRW) with 30 years of service and he served in the U.S. Army. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Friday, October 3, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. Burial Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 6-8 P.M. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to help with expenses.
