Of Jackson passed away November 20, 2011 age 59. He was born in Benton, Alabama on October 18, 1952 to Samuel Doss Sr. and Eula Mae Doss. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother Samuel Doss Jr. Earnest served in the Marine Corps and enjoyed spending time with his family, dancing and loved driving trucks. He leaves to cherish his memory, 6 sisters Rose Lee Cook of Alabama, Willie Mae of California, Jerri Doss of Jackson, Patricia (Charles) Hughes of Alabama, Clarice Doss of Jackson, Stephanie Wallace of Alabama, 4 brothers Gary (Zoe) of Virginia, Timothy (Alicia) of Lansing, Steve (Tuesday) of Lansing, Ben (Shonda) Wallace of Detroit and a host of nieces and nephews. Per his wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at the funeral home Saturday November 26, 2011 at 1:00 P.M.
