Of Jackson passed away September 8, 2011 age 72. Survived by his wife of twenty-four years Patti; four children, Pam (Greg) Bushinski, Cathy (Mark) Glover, Tim Hoffman, and Lori (Bill Luzius) Hoffman; one step son, Craig (Suzanne) Giroux; eleven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and three sisters, MaryLou (Tom) Lourim, B J Bunker, and Laura Hoffman. Preceded in death by his parents Frank and Laura Hoffman and one step daughter, Amanda Pohl. He served in the Marines during the Korean Conflict. Per his wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at the funeral home Monday September 12, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Dave Cornwell officiating. The family will receive friends Monday 10:00 A.M. until service time. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Veterans Affairs or Great Lakes Hospice.
