Of Jackson, passed away May 2, 2010, age 91. Survived by two children, Lisa Moon, Jeff (Pam) Crowther; four grandchildren, Jessica and Jason Moon, Anna (Mike) Kieliszewski, and Jeff (Susan) Crowther Jr.; three great-grandchildren, Lily Mederos-Moon, Iris Mederos-Moon, and Victor Kieliszewski. Preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Lorene. He served in the Army Air Corps. MATS, in the South Pacific. He was a member of the Old Timers Baseball Club, retired from Hayes-Albion after 45 years of service, served on the Jackson Public School Board and worked as a special police officer with the Jackson Police Department, was an All State Football Champion, and was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church where service will be held Thursday 11:00 a.m. with the Reverend Lillian French officiating. Burial Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home Wednesday 4 to 7 p.m.
