Jacqueline Ann Spillers

Of Comstock Park, MI passed away on April 30, 2023 at the age of 86. Jacqueline was born in Jackson, MI on December 18, 1936 to parents Harry and Lona Wright. Jacqueline was married to her loving husband James Vernet Spillers for 65 years. She loved her flowers and gardening, with orchids being her favorite. She loved to sew, making doll clothes and clothes for her family. Jacqueline also did ceramics, making all kinds of knickknacks and outdoor ornaments. Jacqueline also worked as a volunteer at Frederick Meyer Gardens for five years. Jacqueline is survived by her husband of 65 years James Vernet Spillers, Lesa (Allen) Rose; grandchildren Scott (Hannah) Bregg and Dani (Kyle) Spillers; and grandchildren MaKayla Bregg, Tucker Bregg, Paislee Bregg, Madilynn Spillers, Harper Spillers and Ryleigh Spillers, daughter in law Sally Spillers. She is preceded in death by her sons Timothy George Spillers and Kim Daniel Spillers, and granddaughter Megan Sue Spillers. A celebration of Jacqueline‘s life will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 at 12:00 PM with visitation from 11:00AM until time of service at Roseland Memorial Garden Chapel (3744 Brooklyn Rd, Jackson, MI 49203) where she will be laid to rest. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Cascades Humane Society (1515 Carmen Dr, Jackson, MI 49202).
