

Of Michigan Center, MI passed away on February 25, 2023 at the age of 65. Jerry was born in Coldwater, MI on October 19, 1957 to parents Pete and Coral Black. He was married to Angela Drumhiller for 11 years. Jerry was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene and racing was his life dream, Jerry shared that passion with his sons Ryan and Nathan. Jerry held many jobs working with the youth, Xtreme Dodge, Jerry was also a Veteran serving in the United States Navy. He had a contagious laughter that could be heard from across the room. He loved children and spent most of his career working with youth. He was a faithful man (a believer). He had a huge heart that could make a stranger feel like family. His memory, influence and good deeds outshine any life errors, and he will always be remembered fondly for that. Jerry was caring and loving, but what people loved most about him was his personality (He was a goofball). Jerry is survived by his wife Angela, parents Pete and Coral Black; in-laws Jim and Linda Smith; children Ryan and Nathan (Allyson); stepchildren Brandye (David) and Brock (Leslie); siblings Tim (Lynette), Randy (Lois), and Tara (Chris); brothers-in-law Robbie (Tonia) and Brian (Rhea); sister -in-law Theresa (Tom); grandchildren Nolan, Carter, Bailey, Drake, Braylon, Laynie, Kip, Harper, and Greg; and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Jerry Lee Drumhiller, Uncle Ron, Aunt Sue, Megan Drumhiller, and Nancy Drumhiller. A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, March 3, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Burden & Patience-Montgomery Funeral Home, 1806 E. Michigan Ave, Jackson. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM and Friday, March 3, 2023 from 10:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home.
