Age 69, passed away Saturday, May 28, 2016, recovering from a difficult stroke. John was born in Detroit, Michigan to Dr. Alvin & Violet Beecher. The eldest of six siblings, he is survived by his loving wife, Raelee; children, John (Marylou) Beecher & Christine Beecher; grandchildren, Mason, John III, & Jacob; siblings, George (Lynn) Beecher, Jean Callens, Mary Beecher, Ruth (Frank) Queenan, and Betty (Bob) Main. John attended St. John's church, was a member of the Michigan Pharmacist’s Association (former Vice-President and President), Michigan State Bar Association, MHHA, and USTA. His stoic demeanor, love, and support of his family will never go unnoticed or forgotten. He was an avid connoisseur of restaurants, enjoyed racing/watching his horses, fishing with his grandchildren, serving his customers, and mostly his wife’s companionship of 47 years. He will be missed by many as he is now made whole in Heaven. Visitation was held at the funeral home, Thursday June 2, 2016 from 5-7 P.M. Private burial at Jones Cemetery.
