Of Jackson, passed away March 20, 2015, age 94. Survived by 5 children, Bob (Jessie) Scripter, Leigh (Thom) Edinger, Nancy (Jim) Lewis, Dan (Debby) Scripter and Becky (Craig) Gaston, 13 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Lawrence graduated from the Moody Bible Institute and was a Missionary in Alaska for 15 years. He retired as a teacher from Hanover Horton Schools, and he delivered the Jackson Citizen Patriot until he was 84 years old. Lawrence was a member of Skiff Lake Bible Church where a celebration of his life will be held Monday March 23, 2015 at 4:00 P.M. Private burial at Roseland Cemetery. Visitation at the Church, Monday 3:00 P.M. until service time. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Allegiance Hospice Home or The New Tribes Institute.
