He was preceded in death by his father, Lewis Alvin Foster, Sr., his mother Doris Louise (Sprunger) Foster, and his beloved wife Augusta Ruth Foster.
Lewis leaves behind his sister Linda Beach; children Lewis Alvin Foster III, Angela Robin Lauer (Michael C. Lauer), and Christopher Darius Foster; grandchildren Jessica Ladwig (Kyle Ladwig), Brittanie Lauer (Nic Bastian), Michael Martin (Jazmen Raab), and Nathan Lauer; and many great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind cousins, nieces, nephews, and family friends that will miss him.
