Of Jackson, MI passed away on May 27, 2011 at the age of 79. Lois was born on October 15, 1931 to parents, William Russell and Frances Emma (Roche) Byers. Lois was very spiritual, enjoyed bingo, word search books and never forgot the name of anyone she met. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her brother, Robert (Margaret) Byers; great-aunt, Fern Wiar; niece, Susan Porter; nephew, Andrew (Mischell) Byers; great- nephews, Ryan, Ryley, and Hudson; great-niece, Mary Beth. The Byers family would like to send a special thank you to the staff of Faith Haven Senior Care Center, and her physician, Dr. Raza Haque, MD. Lois will be laid to rest next to her parents in Evergreen Cemetery in Grand Blanc, MI.
