Madge M Roberts

Of Jackson passed away at Ridgecrest Health Campus Thursday January 26, 2012 age 93. She was preceded in death by her husband Monford in 2009. Survived by her daughters Marilyn Johnson and Linda Roberts both of Jackson, her son Terry (Karen) of Canton, Mi., 3 grandchildren, Michelle (Gary) Brown of Garden City, Kathy (Steve) Xuereb of Westland and Craig (Sally) Johnson of Jackson, 6 great grandchildren Ashley, Autumn, Tyler, Chase, Corinne and Danny. Mrs. Roberts and her husband “Mose” owned and operated Roberts’ Party Store at Clarklake for over 30 years. They enjoyed their cottage in northern Michigan and their many trips all over the United States. Mrs. Roberts was a member of Clarklake Keenagers and Sandstone Congregational Church. A memorial services will be held at the Sandstone Congregational Church 250 S. Sandstone Rd. Jackson, Mi. 49201 Thursday February 2, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. The family will receive friends at the church Thursday 10:00 A.M. until service time. In lieu of flowers contributions may be to Sandstone Congregation Church-Building Fund.
