Passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at the age of 69. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Laraine Flick; daughters, Laura (Kurt) West and Jennifer Flick; two granddaughters, Emily and Kelly West; brother, Steve Flick as well as nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Mike graduated from Jackson High; after his service in the Marine Corps. he returned to Jackson, married, raised a family and retired from Consumers Power after 33 years of service. He was a member of the Jackson Western Horseman Club and Lansing Coin Club. He was a proud family man, enjoyed helping others and will be greatly missed. A funeral will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Family will receive friends for visitation on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. He will be laid to rest at Roseland Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers contributions to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation will be appreciated.
