Of Jackson, Michigan passed away on Monday, August 30, 2021 at the age of 77. Nelson was born on May 26, 1944 to Nelson David Negus and Dorothy May (Zaier). Nelson is survived by his loving children, David (Jodi), Troy, Kirk and Sherri (Mike) Robinson; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; Brother, Dennis (JoAnn) Negus and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; Sister, Teresa Crawford; Brother-In-Law, Gene Crawford; Brother, Tommy Negus and granddaughter, Alissa Negus. He will be missed by all who knew him. The family will be receiving friends and family for a memorial visitation on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Chas J. Burden & Son Funeral Home (1806 E. Michigan Avenue, Jackson, MI 49202) at 12:00 PM with services beginning at 2:00 PM.
